Mantoan Management, LLC

Mantoan Management, LLC began in 1988 under the name Hospitality Industry Management, Inc with the sole focus of managing hotels for passive investors. 

In 1990 the company extended its business by adding real estate and financing services along with other relevant business offerings.  As a result of the additional services the name was changed to Mantoan Associates, Inc to more accurately depict the company's growing diversity.

The business landscape never stays the same, it is always changing, evolving and hopefully growing.  This was the case with Mantoan Associates, Inc.  We are growing and changing and adding new services to a wider range of clients and businesses.  So to help identify with the changes the name and structure of the company was changed to Mantoan Management, LLC. in 2008.
