Shoppers Services An anonymous consultant will check into the hotel for the night. Throughout the inspection the inspector will remain anonymous. The inspector will call and make reservations for a one night stay. Attention is given to the number of rings, tone of voice and other important factors involving phone techniques, as well as how well the reservations were handled. From there the inspector will check-in as any other guest would, have dinner and a beverage in the lounge then spend the night and review breakfast and check-out. Throughout the stay the inspectors observations will be recorded on our "detailed report. This report will provide you with a detailed record of the "Total guest experience" of the inspector. The report will also make observations on employee morale, efficiency, policy violations and other factors you specify. Your needs are our concern!
